In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding the quality of services delivered while supporting and coaching team members to exceed expectations.

Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will report directly to the Operations Director and contribute to the team’s success by ensuring all client deliverables meet high standards. This hands-on role involves reviewing leads, coaching frontline staff, and attending client handover calls. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining operational excellence to cement My Client’s reputation as the go-to demand creation company.

Your Role

In this role, you will work closely with clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and quality assurance across all projects. You will review lead submissions, maintain CRM updates, and support team training. You will also have the opportunity to participate in campaign onboarding, ensuring that objectives and lead criteria are clearly defined and communicated. A key element of your role is identifying opportunities for improvement, celebrating successes, and collaborating with teams to drive continuous development.
