Job Summary
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing accurate forecasts, analysing trends, and optimising workforce planning to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to support both day-to-day operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning. Managing data from multiple sources, you’ll provide insightful analysis that helps drive efficiency, improve service levels, and align resources with demand. You’ll also lead a small team, ensuring they are supported, motivated, and delivering high-quality work.
