My Client is looking for a Strategic Planning & Change Lead to play a key role in shaping and delivering governance, resource planning, and change management across critical transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic professional to influence business-wide change and ensure effective alignment between strategic objectives, resources, and execution.

Job Summary

As a Strategic Planning & Change Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing Change Management frameworks, governance structures, and resource planning processes. You will oversee key tools and methodologies, ensuring they are fit for purpose, while providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level. Your ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders will be essential in optimising delivery and driving continuous improvement across business transformation programmes.

Your Role

You will take ownership of embedding best-in-class change delivery frameworks, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective planning, governance, and resource optimisation. A key focus will be on driving efficiencies, improving change processes, and aligning capacity with business demands. You will also oversee change-related tooling, support the implementation of strategic initiatives, and provide valuable insights that enhance delivery capabilities. Additionally, you will play a central role in coaching, training, and advising teams to strengthen change management expertise across the organisation.
