My Client is looking for a Workforce Planning Manager to lead a dedicated team, ensuring efficient scheduling and planning processes that balance business needs with employee flexibility.

Job Summary

As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Workforce Planning Analysts to ensure accurate scheduling, leave management, and workforce efficiency. You’ll play a key role in improving planning processes, enhancing advisor work-life balance, and aligning scheduling strategies with demand—especially during key periods. 

Your Role

You will manage and develop a team that supports advisors and operational managers, ensuring smooth workforce planning operations. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will simplify complex planning concepts for colleagues while working closely with HR and operations to enhance attraction and retention strategies. You’ll lead and contribute to regular planning meetings, including planning calls, and take ownership of shift structures to ensure they support both business needs and advisor well-being. Additionally, you will continuously refine workforce planning methodologies, remove inefficiencies, and provide timely insights into productivity and scheduling challenges.

You have a strong background in workforce planning, with experience in team management and process improvement. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively allows you to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You excel at problem-solving, identifying workforce challenges before they arise, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency.
